Reaction Torque Sensors

These general purpose reaction type torque sensors were specifically designed for a broad range of applications and fatigue testing. Due to non-moving parts, they offer long term reliability. The sensing part includes advanced metal foil strain gauges with superior thermal characteristics. Existing models offer measurement ranges from 5 N-m to 10 000 N-m

The sensing element is based on thin layer strain gages in a Wheatstone bridge configuration providing excellent temperature stability. Optionally the torque sensor can receive an on-board amplifier for high level output. To meet your needs we also offer complete turnkey systems. The matched components (sensor, power, amplifier and digital display) are formatted, calibrated and ready for immediate use.
