Request for Return of Materials to Measurement Specialties, Inc.
Please feel free to fill in one of the two RMA forms below and fax or email the form to your local Measurement Specialties site.
Our Return Policy:
· Parts being returned must match original sales order.
· Parts must be within warranty period. (Contact Customer Support Representative for warranty conditions)
· Parts that fall within MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES operating specifications or are deemed defective due to customer misapplication will be returned as is, and could be subject to an evaluation fee.
· Parts must be returned in adequate condition in proper packaging and shipping material (must adhere to ESD safety precautions, if applicable). Failure to do so will result in product returned to sender.
· If you need immediate replacement, provide Measurement Specialties, Inc. with a new PO. Please note, MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES reserves the right to return product which is deemed customer damaged or no fault found from the RMA.
· Request for Failure Analysis (FAR) or Corrective Action (CAR) will be honored in accordance with MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES internal Quality guidelines. (Contact your local Customer Support Representative for details)
Note: Parts must be returned within 30 days of the RMA number being generated or the RMA will be cancelled.
