Key features of these piezoresistive MEMS sensors include DC response, bridge output, wide measurement range, and internal gas damping. They come either in solder pads or solder pins configuration. Performance advantages of our piezoresistive MEMS sensors are wide bandwidth, high resolution, and outstanding shock survivability.
